Geology, paleontology, stratigraphy, geoecology, geotourism, museology.

Her research focuses on micro- and macro-paleontology, stratigraphy, sedimentology, lithofacies analysis, paleogeography, and paleoecology of sedimentary basins. She specializes in:

Hydrocarbon-bearing Lower Cretaceous deposits of the Plain Crimea, Upper Cretaceous, and Neogene formations of Volhynia-Podillia.

Development of paleontological databases.

Creation of databases for type sections of stratigraphic units at local and regional levels, as well as limitotypes (boundaries of stages, series, and systems) for geostratigraphic units of the International Stratigraphic Scale (global level).

Modeling of sedimentary basins using modern computational technologies and software.

Improvement of local and regional stratigraphic schemes of sedimentary basins.

Construction of paleogeographic and lithofacies maps.
