Біографія
Born on August 1, 1968, in Drohobych, Lviv region. Until 1980, she lived in the town of Nyurba, Sakha-Yakutia Republic. In 1985, she graduated from Lviv Secondary School No. 43. From 1985 to 1990, she studied at Ivan Franko Lviv State University, majoring in “Geochemistry,” graduating with honors (Diploma of Higher Education RV No. 828691 dated June 27, 1990). From 1990 to 1993, she studied at the postgraduate program at Ivan Franko Lviv State University. In 1995, she defended her PhD thesis on the topic “Typomorphism of Diamond Crystals from Kimberlites and Placers of Certain Ore Fields in the Arkhangelsk Diamond Province” (PhD Diploma KN No. 009248 dated October 4, 1995). Since 1997, she has worked as an assistant professor, and since 2002, as an associate professor at the Department of Petrology at Lviv University. On October 24, 2007, by the decision of the Attestation Collegium of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, she was awarded the academic title of associate professor of the Department of Petrology. Certificate 12DC No. 018226. On June 30, 2023, she was elected by competition to the position of Head of the Department of Mineralogy, Petrology, and Geochemistry at the Faculty of Geology, Ivan Franko Lviv National University. She has two sons.

Since 2016, she has been the scientific supervisor of the project “Petrological Models of Deep Rocks and Their Use for Prognostic and Exploration Purposes” as part of working hours.
Since 2021, she has been a performer in the project “Mineralogical and Petrological Studies of Geotourism Objects and Cultural Heritage Monuments in Western Ukraine.” State Registration No. 0121U109717.
Since 2022, she has been a performer in the scientific research topic conducted as part of the working hours of faculty members and doctoral students, postgraduates, and students of the Faculty of Geology: “Lithological-Petrological Studies of the Genesis of Sedimentary, Magmatic, and Metamorphic Rock Complexes in the Western and Central Parts of Ukraine and Problems of Their Genesis” (0122U002338).
Since 2025, she has been a performer in the scientific research topic conducted as part of the working hours of faculty members and doctoral students, postgraduates, and students of the Faculty of Geology: “Mineralogical, geochemical and petrological studies of rocks of different ages in the central and western regions of Ukraine” (0125U001440).
