Biography

1976 – born in the village of Halychany, Horokhiv district, Volyn region.

EDUCATION

2016 – received the academic title of associate professor

2010 – defended his PhD thesis on “Thrusts in the geological evolution of the Ukrainian Carpathians and the dynamic conditions of their formation according to computer modeling” in the specialty of general and regional geology (geological sciences).

1999-2002 – postgraduate studies at the Geological Faculty of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, specializing in general and regional geology.

1994–1999 – Studied at the Geological Faculty of Ivan Franko Lviv State University, specializing in Geological Survey, Exploration, and Prospecting of Mineral Deposits.
1992–1994 – Attended Lobachivska Secondary School.
1984–1992 – Attended Halychanska Secondary School.

Work Experience
2017–2019 – Acting Head of the Department of General and Regional Geology at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
2016–2018 – Scientific Secretary of the Specialized Scientific Council D 35.051.04 for the defense of Ph.D. and Doctor of Science theses in the specialties 04.00.01 General and Regional Geology and 04.00.11 Geology of Metallic and Non-Metallic Mineral Resources.
